Submissions received at the Archive are received on various formats necessitating the need for a variety of equipment in recording them onto CDs. John and Bill carry out the majority of this important recording work.

Other submissions received include V.H.S. and Beta video tapes which need to be preserved on DVD and equipment is also available for such conversions. Peter carries out the majority of these conversions.
